New bill could make drivers give bicycles 4-foot berth

I’ve had two friends who have been hit by cars while cycling in the city and I don’t have that many friends who ride bikes. As a driver, I am flabbergasted by how many other drivers ignore cyclists and bike lanes (East Liberty Blvd, anyone?) or are purposely rude to them.
